Circuit training

Our small group (typically 6-8 people) circuit training combines social motivation with personalized attention. The best of both worlds! Each session is different, with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities focused on building core strength and rotating exercises that work upper body, legs and cardio.


We’ve worked with a variety of professional and non-professional athletes – track and field, NFL, field hockey, tennis – and have had excellent results in helping them improve speed and achieve explosive power. If you want to increase your competitive edge, we can help you do it.
