Personal training

Our sessions are conducted at our private gym and include both indoor and outdoor activities. No gym fees, and fresh air! We start with an assessment, work with you to set goals, and create a plan around your activity preferences. Then we provide you with the guidance and motivation to implement your plan. We also provide you with exercises you can do on your own. An hour of exercise is not going to do the job. It’s about changing your lifestyle: eating better, moving more.
